Why exhibit?

Why exhibiting at E-Waste World Expo 2026 is worthwhile

E-Waste World Expo provides a focused platform for exhibitors from electronics recycling, resource recovery and circular economy technologies. What creates tangible value for you:

Four specialist events in one venue

One pass gives trade visitors access to E-Waste World Expo, Battery Recycling Expo, Metal Recycling Expo and ITAD & Circular Electronics Expo. This increases the overlap with relevant professional contacts.

Target audience with concrete technology needs

The event addresses recycling companies, raw material suppliers, electronics and battery manufacturers, ITAD specialists, OEMs, technology providers and investors.

A platform for complex solutions

The official technology focus ranges from shredding and sorting systems to PCB recovery, data sanitisation, ESG, tracking and compliance platforms.

Frankfurt as a central business hub

The organiser highlights Frankfurt as a European business location with strong airport and rail links as well as automotive, technology and research proximity.

Stand types

Which stand type fits your presence at E-Waste World Expo?

Exhibit size, explanation depth, meeting objectives and budget are decisive. For E-Waste World Expo, we plan stand formats so that technology, material samples and consultation areas work together in a structured way.

Row stand

A row stand suits compact presentations, software solutions, material samples or consulting concepts when a cost-efficient and clearly focused presence is required.

Corner stand

A corner stand uses two open sides and creates more visibility for demonstrations, product islands and first contacts within the visitor flow of Hall 3.

End stand

A peninsula stand offers three open sides and is suitable for brand presentations with several meeting zones, technology displays and strong long-distance visibility.

Block stand / Island

An island stand is the right solution for freestanding premium appearances, larger exhibits, machinery presentations or several themed experience areas.

Sustainability

Exhibition stand construction that lives on after the event

Our clickwand system was developed in 2007 as a sustainable alternative to the throwaway culture in exhibition stand construction. The modular elements can be reused as often as required; they are stored after each use and can be flexibly re-deployed. With a lifespan of over 10 years, they combine sustainability, efficiency and long-term cost-effectiveness.

  • 80% less waste than with traditional timber stand construction
  • Re-use of walls, counters, lighting elements and decorations
  • Storage of your stand elements with us – ready to go for the next trade fair
  • The proximity from Cologne to Frankfurt enables lean coordination, follow-up deliveries and on-site service visits; modular stand elements also support reusable and resource-efficient exhibition concepts.

Frequently asked questions

What exhibitors often want to know about E-Waste World Expo 2026

E-Waste World Expo 2026 takes place from 17.06. to 18.06.2026. The expo is open on 17 June from 09:00 to 17:00 and on 18 June from 09:00 to 16:30.

The event takes place at Messe Frankfurt Hall 3, Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage 1, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Set-up starts on 11.06.2026, the 27.05.2026 is the start date for express surcharges on certain services. Dismateling has to be finished on 20.06.2026

Relevant visitors come from recycling, resource recovery, electronics and battery manufacturing, ITAD, technology development, industry, OEM environments, investment and circular economy. The organiser also refers to decision-makers and experts across the supply chain.

The official floor plan is available as event information; concrete stand planning should be coordinated with the organiser and hall specifications.

For stand construction, costs mainly depend on stand size, stand type, exhibits, media technology, storage and meeting areas as well as logistics.

The key feature is the combination of four parallel specialist events in Hall 3. A strong stand should therefore not only demonstrate e-waste expertise, but also create clear connections to battery recycling, metal recovery, ITAD and circular electronics.
