You receive a transparent fixed-price quotation. Requests for changes are incorporated directly – with no hidden costs or surprises later on.
Stand construction, printing and all fittings are manufactured in Cologne. Short lead times, full quality control and maximum reliability – even with last-minute adjustments.
Our team handles delivery, stand assembly and all technical coordination with the trade fair. You arrive at the finished stand – ready to go for the trade fair opening.
After the trade fair ends, we take care of complete dismantling, return transport and storage. Reusable click-wall elements are kept in stock for future events.

EQUITANA 2027 will take place from 18 to 24 March 2027 at Messe Essen. It is regarded as the world’s leading equestrian trade fair and brings together equestrian enthusiasts, trade visitors, brands, start-ups, trainers, breeders, athletes and industry players across seven halls.
The focus is on health, feeding and care, western riding and working equitation, equestrian accessories, stable and riding facility construction, yard and pasture equipment, vehicles, breeding, sport, training, associations, sustainable companies, apps and technology, apparel, show supplies, brands, lifestyle, accessories and art. The fair is complemented by the show arena, HOP TOP Show, specialist forum, Young Innovative area and trainer and breeders’ pavilion.

Our clickwand system was developed in 2007 as a sustainable alternative to the throwaway culture in exhibition stand construction. The modular elements can be reused as often as required; they are stored after each use and can be flexibly re-deployed. With a lifespan of over 10 years, they combine sustainability, efficiency and long-term cost-effectiveness.

Stand space costs EUR 155.00/m² in the early-bird rate until April 2026 and EUR 205.00/m² from May 2026. Clubs and associations are charged EUR 100.00/m², horse area EUR 55.00/m² and gastronomy EUR 215.00/m². In addition, there is an AUMA fee of EUR 0.60/m² and a corner stand fee of EUR 150.00 per open corner. The mandatory EQUITANA service package costs EUR 1,786.00 per exhibitor; Priority and Priority Plus packages cost EUR 3,356.00 and EUR 6,758.00 respectively. Stand construction, additional technial equipment, furniture, graphics, storage, product logistics and special areas are added depending on the concept.
