From 2027, ProSweets Cologne will become ISM Manufacturing and, together with ISM and ISM Ingredients, will be part of a unified brand world for the entire sweets and snacks value chain.

ISM Manufacturing 2027 will take place from 31 January to 3 February 2027 in Halls 4.1 and 4.2 at Koelnmesse. The former ProSweets Cologne will continue under the name ISM Manufacturing from 2027 and will be integrated into the new ISM brand family as the international supplier fair for the sweets and snacks industry.
The focus is on packaging materials, packaging, packaging machines, machines and equipment, refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, food safety, quality management, automation, robotics, data processing, open-loop and closed-loop control technology, operating equipment, auxiliary devices, disposal and recycling. Together with ISM and ISM Ingredients, the fair covers the value chain from raw materials through production and packaging to the finished product.
For exhibitors, this means that the stand must make technical expertise easy to understand, present machines and processes clearly and enable high-value conversations with manufacturers, developers, purchasing teams and production specialists.
