What you can achieve with a strong presence at iVT Expo

iVT Expo offers exhibitors a focused industry platform. What can pay off for your business:

Highly specialised audience

The expo specifically targets professionals from industrial vehicle technology and off-highway sectors, including OEMs, engineers, developers, suppliers, research, fleet managers and decision-makers.

Close to technical decision-makers

According to the organiser, 79% of visitors are involved in purchasing decisions, making the event especially suitable for technical consulting, lead generation and concrete project discussions.

Focus on future technologies

Product areas range from batteries, electric motors, powertrain and hydraulics to autonomy, connectivity, sensors, HMI, testing and engineering.

Expo, conference and live zone

iVT Expo is complemented by the Off-Highway Evolution Conference and the iVT Live Zone, where topics such as electrification, alternative fuels, autonomy, digitalisation, ergonomics and HMI are explored in depth.

Stand types

Which stand type fits your presence at iVT Expo?

Depending on product complexity, exhibit size, consultation needs and target audience, different stand formats may be suitable. We advise you on the solution that fits your space, budget, visitor routing and technical presentation.

Row stand

One open side. Cost-efficient for focused component presentations, smaller suppliers or clearly defined technologies with a direct consultation focus.

Corner stand

Two open sides. Suitable for greater visibility when exhibits, displays, sample parts or demo stations need to be accessible from multiple visitor routes.

End stand

Three open sides. Strong for providers with several technology areas, such as drive systems, hydraulics, sensors and digital vehicle control.

Block stand / Island

Four open sides, freestanding in the hall. Ideal for larger brand presences, live demos, heavy technical exhibits, meeting zones and sponsorship visibility.

Die Messe

About iVT Expo 2026

iVT Expo 2026 will take place on 10 and 11 June 2026 in Hall 1 at Köln Messe. It is a trade event for industrial vehicle technology and off-highway vehicles, bringing together OEMs, engineers, suppliers and industry professionals.

The focus is on components, materials, systems and technologies for vehicles used in sectors such as construction, mining, agriculture, material handling, forklifts and forestry. Topics range from powertrain, electrification and hydraulics to autonomy, sensors, connectivity, testing, HMI and cab design.

For exhibitors, this means that the stand must communicate technical expertise quickly and clearly. Clear product guidance, robust exhibit areas, demo opportunities, meeting zones and a stand design that makes innovation, application expertise and reliability visible are particularly important.

Sustainability

Exhibition stand construction that lives on after the event

Our clickwand system was developed in 2007 as a sustainable alternative to the throwaway culture in exhibition stand construction. The modular elements can be reused as often as required; they are stored after each use and can be flexibly re-deployed. With a lifespan of over 10 years, they combine sustainability, efficiency and long-term cost-effectiveness.

  • 80% less waste than with traditional timber stand construction
  • Re-use of walls, counters, lighting elements and decorations
  • We store your stand elements for you – ready to go for the next trade fair
  • Short routes within Cologne, regional project coordination and modular stand planning reduce transport effort and make on-site adjustments easier during build-up and the event.
