Two open sides. Useful for greater visibility when plant modules, demo stations, product samples, process graphics or consultation tables should be visible from several visitor routes.
Three open sides. Strong for providers with several topic clusters, such as processing, packaging, automation, digitalisation, analytics, energy and sustainability.
Four open sides, freestanding in the hall. Ideal for larger machine presentations, live demos, international customer appointments, guided-tour stations and intensive B2B discussions.

Anuga FoodTec 2027 will take place from 23 to 26 February 2027 at Koelnmesse in Cologne. It is the leading international trade fair for food and beverage technology and is held every three years in Cologne.
The focus is on solutions along the entire value chain: automation, digitalisation, environment & energy, food packaging, food processing, safety & analytics, science & pioneering as well as related topics such as intralogistics, pet food, cultivated food, AI, traceability, energy efficiency and sustainable production.
For exhibitors, this means that the stand must make technical expertise easy to understand, present machines and processes clearly and enable high-value conversations with international decision-makers. Clear product guidance, robust exhibit areas, demo opportunities, quiet consultation zones and a stand concept that visibly connects efficiency, safety and sustainability are particularly important.
